My phone charging jack doesnt work properly and I took it to service center (Janak communication, nit 5, faridabad haryana, ph no- 01294020722) and they said it doesnt cover in warrenty and told for 1650 as charges then I reject it and say dont repair my phone jack do other things my camera , screen and battery which also didnt work properly and they cover in warrenty. They refuse my request and told u have to repair jack if u want to repair camera battery and screen to be replace in warrenty. After that I call to customer care...

Hello sir,We had purchased Tata Safari 2008 model. Reg no: HR06R3658 from Onkar car bazar on 27/09/2016 and at the time of purchase of car , NOC was not given by the dealer.And now we are facing issue registering the car under our name. As we are from Punjab and the car is from Haryana and the dealer did not provide us with the NOC for the number.So please help us in this case.We will be grateful to you....

I was recetantly 25 jan.17purchase royal enfield electra 350 within 2month 1500km engine abnormal sound Clutch plate and Pressure plate damaged newreplace by company but still gear not working properlyDuring Purchase I was obsrved this problem but Enginner told me after some time engine sound in normal and during 1st sevicing i was mention clutch and engine abnormal problem in work order or work record but after service work shop enginiar handover and told problem splve but till 2Nd service problem not solve ...

Complain in my car. I submitted car on dated 01.03.2017 on Patna service centre. but company are not action in my complaint. company are advise me so diagnos your car. But I am not satisfied in company. I suffered on one year time to time problem in my car approximately one year 10 time. so I request to you....

Not clear answer when car provide in agency , I booked on 15 Oct., through CSD canteen. however not received my car, but daily basis they are giving me wrong comment date, they told me I will get my 2017 manufacturing car on 2nd week on Feb, than 3rd week, they told on the car on released on last manday . The car is ready and it deliver on next 5,6 days, maximum yesterday they are saying..............

I purchased innova crysta 7 month back vehicle number KL 14S 9675 . Few month back tyre blast when driving but they give only 50% reduction in new tyre . But now battery acid leakage and fully parts and chasis damaged from leakage . They agreed to repair the car . But they fully repaint the chasis and bonut . Engine and other parts also removed and refuxed . My new car is fully repaired and repainted car . Now thats value decreased five lakh rupees due to repaired and repainted . No body want purchase that . Who...

Good Day Sir, I booked Royal Enfield Bike through CSD on 23rd December 2016 at Manzil Motors, Gurgaon, Haryana. And made full payment of 1,53,000 for Classic 500cc model and they assured me (in written on booking receipt) to deliver bike within 45 days from booking date, but till now, after almost 60 days, there is no positive response from there end.
