Airtel Company, Payment of outstanding final amount

We have changed our service provider from Airtel to Vodafone. Airtel has untrained, unhelpful employees and terrible service. Our last bill amount was sms ed to us and we paid. Last amount was Rs 1077/- and was paid in cash on 3-9-2015 Receipt no. 137595. At their Khar outlet across from Vrindavan Restaurant. We were being harassed before we paid, because non of the outlets were willing to accept the payment. Then we forced them to take on the suggestion of their employee. We then informed their employee mob. no. 7738302681 giving him the receipt no. and date and venue. But obviously there is no coordination in the company. We are still being harassed by phone calls to pay and they want us to send them photo of receipt etc. But they do not want to do any thing about it. Who is going to teach them to post this information on their computers so that every employee can see it and case closed? Can you please slap a harassement complaint against them and charge them for it. Would appreciate quick action.
