Airtel mnp, complaint about the poor services

Kindly treat this as a formal complaint about the poor services rendered by your company on various occasions in the past. The most recent service which has not met with our expectations was on September 21, 2015..
All our earlier complaints have fallen on deaf ears and we are left with no recourse but to lodge a formal complaint with you and consumer court and FIR.
We are disappointed because your service has not been performed as it should.
We have been very old customers with airtel.
I wanted to get this number ported over from vodafone to airtel (+919873214042) after a wk the number was not ported as it was retained by vodaphone.. So I informed airtel sales executive that as it has been declined I don't want it anymore inspite of it.. The number got port over witout my authorization.. And was never been intimated on the same.. My friend had that number.. He was travelling to Chandigarh from 15th- 20th the phone number wasn't working.. He was without a connection..
So when my friend came back to Delhi.. I did the verification of the number by calling verification team.. They entered wrong address on the account it didn't verified and the number got blocked.. We asked the agent wat was the address.. He kept on saying same address.. However, on the system address was incorrect.. So on Saturday we went to airtel service center to lodge d complaint. Ticket # 149 for u to track the details.. And followed wit the procedure..
Now we met the manager of sales ex. Mr. Lalit verma.. He promised us that phone will be activated by Monday.. However Monday gone.. N half of the day has also gone.. Phone is still not activated..
Do u guys realise.. That my friend is without a phone for 2 wks and this is the 3 rd wk in a row.. U guys have made a fun out of this..
Pfa attachments of the calls .. I spoke wit the manager and sales executive.. They r liars.. And the text messages.. Executive is least bothered so Is the manager abt his job..you guys are living ur life and u got that job bcuz of us..

Your company s**ks.. Bad experience.. FYI I have 3 airtel connections under my name.. I wonder why I even did that at first place.. **** all experience..
