Complain Regarding Airtel Broadband Installation

After making a request for broadband installation Airtel sent an executive to take my documents for broadband installation on 10th September 2015 saying that the installation will take place in 3 days. Even after 10 days the installation has not taken place. The executive and his boss do not take my calls. The customer care says that it's not there responsibility and they don't care even if we file a complaint. Installation charges of Rupees 1000/- have been debited from my account and I still don't have a connection.
