Complaing against AIRTEL TELECOM for not providing 3G inspite of having the recharge done for 3G

Done 3G recharge on 12/09/2015 ,INR 455 RS(Transaction ID 617968205) and the data has been given is 4GB.
But soon after the recharge was done,the company is providing 2G plan with low speed where as I paid more just for high speed.
Afterthat, I got in touch with the customer care team on 12/09/11 and they told that they're going to fixed it within half an hour.but the problem wasn't fixed and THERE EVEN WAS NO 3G OPTION IN THE NETWORK SETTINGS PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY SIM.
I was keeping on contacting them but the problem was persisting and the workers behaved in such a non professional manner. in different times their each of the staffs started suggesting different methods to try and there was contradiction in each of their solution ideas itself.
Afterthat on 13/09/15 they lodged a complaint (Ref no.
C3GSP 30913133678) and I was said that the issue will be fixing by 16/09/15 but it was not fixed by the given date.but the company sent me an sms stating that the issue has been fixed and if not then I'll have to send an sms to 54321 followed by writing MO.
I did everything what they said but the issue is still persisting and now again I have lodged complained on 15th September and the same as above reply came from the company.
Now the customer care executives are saying that their operation team did the needful but it is the network team for whom I'm suffering.
I just want justice.I am medical post graduate and a research fellow as well. So their disturbance is not only hampering my research works but also hampering the mankind may be in an indirect way.
