sim card issue of Airtel customer care not responeding

Sir, My name is Anilkumar. M and my number is 9686864441 as I have mentioned for above number, I have applied for duplicate sim on 15/9/2015 and the duplicate sim activated on 21/9/2015 and my previous plan was A-A 20 p/m and others 30 paise. With 100 sms daily And also I have recharged 157on 7/9/2015 for internet of 0.8 GB with 50 rs talktime. Before I was submitting for duplicate sim I was having all the above benefits with internet of 300mb in main account and 400 mb in special account with 19 Rs balance and above mentioned plan .but yesterday after sim activated none of my benefits are not credited till now.when I called to customer care they said contact where you have applied for duplicate sim they said, and I contacted the Airtel xpress center but they are also not responsed I have all the recharge proofs and cal recording of customer excecutive so please kindly help me thank you
