Horrible customer service of Tata docomo, customer care not listening my problem

I had not been receiving any coverage for my WiFi and called customer care to report on many occasions which fell on deaf ears. After making a payment of Rs 1545 in April I received a bill of 1545+663.78 in June. After repeatedly telling them to cancel the amount already paid they keep insisting we owe them money. The Internet has been put off since June 2015 and they keep insisting we pay them even for the months we have not had service. Now we get rude phone calls from collections demanding we pay 1300 to close the issue. When we informed them we only owe them 663 they keep insisting that we must pay 1300. They don't even know the Internet services have been off since June. This has happened once in the past where we paid a bill and still kept receiving messages asking us to pay it. We had called customer service who then updated it and asked us to ignore the messages. Now the collection lady keeps harassing us inspite of us telling her that we will need to resolve the issue of discrepancy before we can pay. They call back to back and keep calling and saying the same thing. When I finally got irritated the lady started shouting breathlessly saying I'll send you a notice now. She said really rude things even though it's a mistake on their part and we are the ones who should be rude. I have tried being patient but I don't want them to do the same to anybody else. They must learn professionalism and courtesy. This is no way to speak to a customer who has always made previoys payments on time. I technically owe them only Rs 533 because there is no question of a late payment as the previous dues they are talking about (1545) were paid already. They need to apologise for their horrible coordination among their departments and also horrible customer service.
