I have given a contract to Mr. Ekbaal Khan, owner of Space Factor for entire house, which includes complementary false ceiling. As per agreement, I paid all 3.85 lacs to this fraud and 50k to be paid after work completion. Work started on 10th October and still is pending. He was supposed to complete it within 30-40 days of time. He has signed a contract with me, but many places, he has not used material as per contract. Now, his phone is switched off. I have given my interior work to a company called space Factor run by Ekbaal Khan for a total of 4.35 lacs. Till date i have paid 3.85 lacs. He started his work from 10th October and was supposed to finish by November 5th, which he did not till date. We have shifted to new house on 1st December and living like refugees since no wardrobe is ready. Quality of work is absolutely pathetic and person is a big liar. He has done the same things to others. Please support me. I am in great pain....

The mattresses purchased by me in 2012 are still undet warranty period and have depressed. But even repeated complaints to the company only results in a technician visiting and then there is no further response. So much so that there is no answer in the numbers provided by them. Request help regarding the same....

2 door wardrobe shelf damaged, they refusing to change the shelf. The furniture gurenteed for colour&borar but not material quality, they claim we damage that pouring water .they are cheating and frauding customar in that way. I request for legal step of the cheating....

home shop 18
The product delivered on 19th nove2016 4pm.The size and quality of the product is very bad ,i want to return it but they are telling that 48 hrs over so we are not taking it back. Before purchasing they not informed about this more than that we were not at home when it was delivered next day 22nd i called to home shop18 ,they are not ready to take back...

Living plaza furnitures
We bought a sofa cum bed on 09/02/2016 from Living plaza furnitures Mira road but the sofa was of very poor quality.The storage trolley got dislocated the very next day and we had to call the shop for help.In just 3 months the sofa got collapsed in the midnight and my 9 months son got hurt.So the other day we called up the shop to take away the sofa for repair and send back to us.But for complete 2 months they did not repair the sofa nor they have sent any replacement.They tried ignoring our calls.After my repeated reminders...

I have bought Micromax TV last year and also paid Rs. 3,000 for extended warranty. The TV is not working now and they are not repairing it since last 3 weeks. Request you to please help me. the Micromax Tv Company is completely anti consumer and they do not bother what happens to consumer...

Sir i booked an order on snapdeal on 6 October that time they said product will be delivered till 3 Nov. but now they extended my product delivery date up to 14 Nov. and they are not showing any kind of status update regarding my order.I tried so many times to contact to customer care regarding my product ,IVRS giving same reply from last 20 days.Its so frustrating.How can i contact to customer care?,and please kindly resolve my issue and deliver my product as soon as possible.

I had purchased Martin leather sofa (2+1) on 25/8/2015.
They assured while purchasing that the front portion is pure leather.
However now the color has faded and also it looks like "LEATHERETTE" NOT "PURE LEATHER".
So I have asked for replacement. But they are refusing.
Please ask them to replace or refund my money...
