My name is kakali roy.i have purchase this air conditioner model on 15/03/2015 from great eastern(Barrackpore).the details of this model is follow-
Actually i paid it through bajaj finserv leading ltd. & my EMI is being under process.
Now the problem is that due to some manufacturing problem i had complain in HITACHE customer care on 11th August 2015.The complain no is-15081201918.After a long period from the date of my complain and facing a huge harassment they approved my machine is being replaced.Then also a lot of days was consumed to send the machine.
Then the machine is actual delivered in yesterday(21/09/2015).Today at the time of installing the machine the technician told us that it is also a defective machine.
we suffer the hole summer season near about 1.5 month due to there poor servicing.Actually i had purchase this AC for my pregnancy.but I can't use it when it is most essential for me at that time.
I willing to clam to get full money refund that I have use to purchase and I also want the a amount of money as a penalty for this harassment.
I will be highly obliged if I get a great cooperation from you.
