Company committed us on buying product having 2year warranty and now i am facing some problem due to which my product is not working . I, complained to contact number, i.e 8000023219-My. Tv add airtel DTH channel no.100 on 3/1/2017 at 11AM they showd and ask 43 stainless steel storage and serving set ...I book it and got ordar by post on 3/1/2017 and founde only 23 set ...I called customer care and my complain no.is 20755290.. And ask her return this product.. ..6 day later but he is dose not take it...they sey they will not cash back.. Please help me this product to return and get cash back... Thank you...

Tv add airtel DTH channel no.100 on 3/1/2017 11.15 AM they showed 43 stainless steel and serving set...book it n got order by post on 3/1/2017 and found only 23 set ..I called costemer care and complain to no.20755290.. they seying our courier boy take it your product in 24-48 hours but they will not take it and thay saying they will not cash back ....please help me return to this product and cash back....thank you...

I have purchased this item on 24 Dec 16. I call Customer service for initial installation of New Aqua guard Water purifier on 29 Dec 16 and the complaint no given by them is 9935101993. Already 4 days has gone but no technician has contacted me or come to my home. As I have spent so much of money for calling Customer care. But they just simply say technician will came. but till now nobody has come....
Poor quality and service.

In 24/11/2016 I have placed a Prepaid order having order id-16885538205 from Snapdeal.After 2days of placing order I have canceled it due to some reason.But I have not received my refund amount still waiting for 12-13 days..Try to contact with customer care executive and discuss about my problem..They asked me to email bank statement purchase date to till date and I have also attach my bank statement and send a email..But finally they told that due to some technical issue your amount of 600/- not credited and also never credited.
I got surprised and tell him why..They keep silence!!

False advertisement Cello Easy Style Vacuum Flask 350ml.

The Cello Easy Style Vacuum Flask 350ml steel body advertises on its pack that it retains liquid hot or cold for 24 hours. We tested it with hot water and it did not retain hot for even 7 hours. Note that it was not opened for use after filling. We tried to return it to the shop where we bought - Village Hyper Market, Electronic City Phase 1. They called up Cello company and they mentioned that the model retains hot only for 6 hours. They refused to accept it.
Cello has falsely advertised as 24 hours hot or cold....
Failure piece received and worst product ever seen.

Prestige electric rice cooker
Product is not cooking well. And moisture is remains in rice even after rice is cooked . And the bottom of the rice cooker is getting dark brownish in colour .. And rice is gets sticky to the rice cooker at bottom and sides of the vessel. please help me and kindly do favour for to return back my money or replace with good product of the same .....
