Samsung galaxy E7, Samsung to sell defective products with no assistance from service centers.

1. Sporadic hanging and restarting of the phone automatically.
2. Sometimes doesn't restart for hours.
3. Colored lines on the screen.
4. Various error messages.
5. Cannot download any application as the phone stops functioning.
Made several visits to the service center but to no avail. They always keep saying that it is some software problem and update the software but the problem remains as it is.
Is it the policy of Samsung to sell defective products with no assistance from service centers so that one is forced to buy another set again. What happens to our hard-earned money ????
