i had booked a plot for 12.5 lakh and paid booking amount of rs. 51,000/- in cash. due to my financial problem i cancelled the booking and the builder issued me a check of rs. 51,000/- dated 15 February 2017, but it bounced. now he is not paying me my money and harassing me. i have visited his office many a times, but he is not giving me back my money and even threatening me....

jain heights apartments
From the time construction of Jain heights has begun two to three years ago residents near to the apartment has not had sound sleep and has affected small kids, senior citizens and first and second shift employees from lack of sleep, because these mad apartment people begin most of their work during midnight....please do the needful and sue Jain heights big apartments in vignannagar, bangalore...

I have booked flat at Pinpale Saudagar in July 2009. Agreement is made with builder in DEC 2009. As per agreement possession will be in DEC 2011. But due various permissions not received to the builder till date possession not received. I purchased a 1 bhk flat in Naigaon East from Global Arena in October 2015. The building was under construction at that time. I was promised possession and OC of flat around December 2016 and upon possession my bank EMI was supposed to start. Since last three months I am paying EMI to DHFL bank but not been given possession of my flat. The contact person Rakesh Pandita is extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. Please help....

I booked plot and given 50000rs in max orchard project in 2014 in Bangalore still they are not registering me if I ask to them they are saying still its not approved and they are trying to cheating me...they are also not ready to refund my amount and saying to get another plot if refund my account it takes min 6months and also they not giving interest also to me.its a fully fraud company after 6 month also they won't refund money so many people's are experienced with this...for these reason what to do I am not understand please...
