Electricity failure no refund.

I tried to pay electricity bill by using freerecharge. in
Amount deducted from my standard charted Bank account of Rs749 towards freerecharge transactions no after transaction failure there is no response from freerecharge.in No refund received after one week follows up No direct contact number...
My number deactivated already I paid Amount.

I am Ravi,last 2 month back i use Vodafone Network some plan issue I portable idea network ,I clear my due billing amount but now my number deactivated. I approach Vodafone store but my payment not displayed but I have payment recipient.
I against Vodafone Network.
Please take complaint....
False recharge done by a mobile app (Phonepe).

I have done a Recharge of Tatasky DTH through an app called "Phonepe" on 17th December 2016. The amount of recharge was deducted immediately from my bank account but till today the amount is not recharged to my Tatasky DTH account. I have called several times to the Phone pe app helpline number but my problem is not yet solved & all times I have got false commitments. My mobile number registered with phonepe is (8409425549).
Request you to kindly help me in resolving this issue.

I have called my friend having numner 9096627008.when i called on this number his number is not reachable.even though the number is not reachable balancr of rs..54 paise is deducted from my balance.
When i asked to the call center about this..they told us that it will not be refunded.
Please help me in this case sir as early as possible...

One of my frnd transfer me Rs. 2000 through Paytm on 2nd Jan17, Still its not been credired to my account, When trying to reach Paytm then Im getting their standard reply, Not specific according to the issue..Just sending the process to follow, which dosent help.....

I am beeing charged every month unwantedly, last bill was also same issue they gave me waywer and I settled my bill, also the lay who resolved my issue she took request to cancel the connection. But now I have got bill for 1200 for nothing.
And these guys are harrsing me through call to pay the bill. So I am coming to consumer court to get this fixed.

I tried to pay electricity bills by using Paytm. Amount deducted from my standard chartered ban account of 1290 towards Paytm transaction no.2521211104.After transaction failure there is no response from paytm .No refund received after one week follow up.No direct contact numbers are available to complaint at paytm.Every time recorded messages. And no firm response....
complaint against vodafone for extra bill and for making unnessesary calls.

Sir my request for port of idea post paid to reliance prepaid has-been rejected saying over due bill but my amount is access deposited to idea . This happens 3 times. My mobile no. Are 9111811611 and 9111811711. Sir please help , I have generated upc code 3 times for both the mobile numbers.
