I ordered boots from clarks.in website in October. They did not fit and I returned the product with my own money and they promised to issue me a voucher of rs 3000. I recieved the voucher after 3 calls to customer care and that too did not work. I called call center many times but they were unable to resolve the issue. After much fight they agreed for refund but I have still not received my money. Their customer care does not listen and fb page does not respond. Please help me get a refund of my money....

On 7 jan17, I with my family went for shopping of ladies apparel at Bhatia cloth house, sujanpur,parhankot,punjab having e mail Id : info@Bhatiaclothhouse.com and website:www.Bhatia clothhouse.com sir while payment of bills I observed that they were charging 1%extra to sbi card holders and remaining banks cardholders 2% of the total bill as swipe charge which is illegal as the same is supposed to be paid by the shopkeeper to bank as swipe machine rental and not the customer .Sir I see it as an forced extortion of customes and evasion of taxaes by Bhatia cloth house.I tried...

I odered some biba bran salwar suit from amazon but they delivered me used product so I want clam against amazon to how it can cheat the customer while customer paying full money
so I want justes amazon send their sells executive to justify their product it is used product and apolis from amazon...

colour of dress is different totaly different so refund of my money.

Colour and fabric of dress is worst and not same as I saw in online pic so I wanted to return this product but company is not krefunding my money company is not responding of any calls from my side..even not replying ..worst experience I had wid this company...

I had ordered these tunic one month back.the size was a bit tight and i requested exchange.they asked me to pack it and send,i did so and after few days i got M size in place of xxl,i again complained,again sent and now for thord time got M size.each time return is costing me rs 500 petrol.who will bear this expense? Now they are saying they dont have xxl..means they were fooling me since last 20 days.really very bad...
while purchase cut piece shopkeeper didnt mention it was defective.

while purchase the cut piece shopkeeper didnt explain the defect of the piece and when i return it back he talks very badly and didnt exchange the product ,i tried him to explain many time but he didnt listen , that there was print defect in the fabric...

The customer call service is not properly any time the customer care no is busy.
I repeatedly send us email regarding same but they says give us specific reasons for returning
Now am very disappointed for that I request you to please solve my problems as early as possible...
Myntra is not accepting my return.

I ordered 2 swimwears alongwith 3 other products from Myntra on 11/11/16. I recieved my order today and the size is small. After receiving my order I called the customer care and they are saying it is mentioned on the mobile application that the product is non returnable or exchangable. But what about the people who have ordered from the website. The product description no where says that the particular product is non returnable or exchangable. I am not even looking for a return, I just need a size exchange otherwise what should I do with a 2500 rupees product....
